As you are getting started, we wanted to point you to a few key resources to make sure you make the most of your 30-day trial. 

Training & Support

If you haven't done so already, RSVP for an upcoming Maven 101 training. If you are unable to attend the webinar, RSVP regardless. We will be sure to email the recording to all those who RSVPed after the training is complete. 

Our Support Team is available 5am to 5pm Pacific Time Mondays to Fridays to answer your questions. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Expect a longer time for a response back if you reach out outside Support office hours, otherwise, we generally respond within 24 hours.

Top five features to try the first five days of your trial

Here are features we absolutely recommend trying out once you have set up your account! Don't forget to upload your contacts via CSV, especially if your company is not syncing your contacts automatically with the Maven app as part of their Partnership

  1. Share a link to your Contact Form: Maven's Contact Form is a web-based form that collects information from existing or new contacts to make sure you have everyone's latest information. Share a link to your contact form at events or post in your Facebook Business Page to update your records. 
  2. Record and share a wishlist: Create a custom wishlist for your contacts to make sure they don't forget all the products they would love to purchase from you. 
  3. Record a sample (and follow up!): In Maven, once you record a sample given to a contact, you will receive an automated reminder to follow up with them on their experience and encourage them to make a purchase. 
  4. Complete a 2-2-2 automated follow-up reminder: Once you have recorded orders made by your customers (you may not need to if your company is a Maven Partner and has automated back office syncing provided), you will begin receiving regular 2-2-2 follow-up reminders to reach out to your customers. This ensures no customer will fall through the cracks!
  5. Customize your message templates: We provide default messaging to help everyone get started easily. To make sure messages truly sound like you and increase responses, update our templates with your own personalized messaging.
